EIP2026 Abstract Submission Guidelines

Submit Online: All Abstracts must be submitted via de official EIP2026 Submission System. We do not accept email or postal submissions.
Create your own Submission Account: Abstract Submission and Conference Registration require separate accounts in separate systems. Use the same email address for both.
Track your Submission: Notifications will be sent to the submitter and presenting author only.
Successful Submission: Use the SUBMIT button to save your abstract. You can modify your abstract until the submission deadline. You will receive an abstract reference number via email.

Presenting Authors: You may submit multiple abstracts but can present up to three. You can be listed as co-author to multiple submissions.
Co-Authors: No limits apply for co-author listings, but all must approve the submission.
Registration Requirement: All presenting authors must complete registration and payment upon abstract acceptance.
Copyright: Submitting an abstract implies consent to transfer copyright for publication in official meeting materials deemed appropriate by the EIP, including digital publications on the website and the meeting app.

Title: Written in UPPER CASE (Max: 25 words)
Abstract Length: Up to 500 words (excluding title & author details)
Images & Tables: Max 1 Image (600x800 pixels, JPG/PNG/GIF); Max 1 Table (10x10 rows, Docx format)
Abstract Structure: Follow the specified structure based on the nature of your submission, whether it is an Oral or Poster presentation.
Clinical Audit, Prospective Survey, Clinical Study: Background, Methods, Results, Conclusions.
Literature Review or Guideline Review: Background and Objective, Methods, Learning Points Discussion.
Case Report or Case Series: Background, Case Presentation Summary, Learning Points Discussion.
Content Guidelines: Ensure your abstract contains comprehensive data and meets international ethical standards. Define abbreviations and use generic drug names. Presentations must be balanced and free of commercial content. Exclude patient identifiers like names or hospital ID numbers. Abstracts stating "data will be discussed in the presentation" will be rejected.
