Although the abstract submission deadline was 10 September, and in response to the many requests from authors for additional time to prepare their contributions, the submission system will remain open and continue to accept new submissions throughout the final edits period, which ends on 30 September 2026. Abstracts already submitted and approved for presentation have been assigned to their sessions. EiP will continue to review and approve new submissions and will inform presenters of their status.

Upon receiving notification of abstract acceptance, presenting authors must complete their conference registration and make the necessary payment. We recommend submitting your abstract early to take advantage of discounted registration fees available during early registration periods.

Yes! You may submit multiple abstracts, but you can be the presenting author for a maximum of three.
Abstracts must be clear, concise, and structured (Background, Methods, Results, Conclusions). The word limit is 500 words.
Select Oral (In-Person or Online) or Poster (In-Person or Online). If not approved for an oral slot, your submission will be considered for a poster.
Accepted abstracts are published by the official EIP2026 publisher Critical Public Health (CPH) and in EIP's Abstracts Library (ISSN 2297-931X).
Accepted abstracts will be published in two ways, ensuring both peer‑reviewed recognition and long‑term discoverability.
1. Book of Abstracts – Critical Public Health (CPH)
Accepted abstracts will be published in the EIP2026 Book of Abstracts, a key resource for pediatric research and academic reference. Critical Public Health (CPH) will publish all approved abstracts from the 18th Excellence in Pediatrics Conference. CPH is an international, multidisciplinary, peer-reviewed journal that is fully open-access and dedicated to the latest research in public health. As of 2024, CPH has a 5-year Impact Factor of 2.5 and a Scopus CiteScore of 6.2, reflecting its strong visibility and influence within the public health community. By featuring the conference abstracts in CPH, we ensure that the innovative findings presented at our conference reach a broad, international audience and contribute to ongoing discussions and developments in public health and related disciplines. 2. Excellence in Pediatrics Abstracts Library
Accepted abstracts are also published in the Excellence in Pediatrics Abstracts Library (ISSN 2297-931X), an online library where each abstract has its own dedicated page and a unique DOI, together with complete citation details. This makes every contribution easy to search, reference, and cite. The library can be searched by title, author, contribution ID, or conference year. - Oral Presenters: Create an 8-minute presentation with slides in 16:9 format.
-Poster Presenters: Prepare an ePoster using EIP's ePoster platform.
- Oral Presenters: Submit your slides to the EIP Speaker Resource Center by the deadline.
- Poster Presenters: Publish your ePoster to EIP's ePoster gallery.
- Oral presentations: 8 minutes, followed by a 2-minute Q&A session with the moderator or audience.
- Poster presentations: 4 minutes, followed by a 2-minute Q&A session with the moderator or audience.
