– Convert your registration to online until 31 October 2026.
– Receive a refund for the difference in fees, based on the rate at your time of registration.
– From 1 November 2026, conversions from In-Person to Online will no longer be eligible for a refund.

At EIP2026, we prioritize your convenience and adaptability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as travel restrictions or safety concerns, we ensure that your registration remains valid and switched to virtual attendance.
Important: The €40 handling fee applies to all registration refunds. The Hotel Booking refunds occur only if a hotel room is booked via EIP's registration system.
