NINIS, NELLY

Nelly Ninis is a General Paediatrician at St Marys Hospital London. She has also trained in Paediatrics Infectious diseases and has completed a masters in Tropical Medicine. Nelly completed a national research study on the recognition and early management of meningococcal disease in children in the UK. This lead to an interest in the early recognition of sepsis in neonates, children and young adults. She has produced e-learning tools for the recognition of both meningococcal disease and neonatal sepsis. In 2017, Nelly designed and produced a teaching film on childhood sepsis for Health Education England.
