The Think Rare Program is made possible through the support of organizations, institutions, and industry partners who share our vision of early recognition and better outcomes for children with rare diseases.
The EIP's Think Rare Program empowers pediatricians and general practitioners (GPs) to identify rare and underdiagnosed conditions early. By considering "rare diseases" in your everyday practice from the initial signs, you can transform a child’s life—enhancing outcomes, enabling early intervention, and offering hope to families.
Each zone focuses on a specific rare disease, equipping you with condition-specific knowledge, signs to watch for, patient stories, and up-to-date resources.
Visit the MPS Learning Zone to access practical tools that help detect early signs, reduce misdiagnosis, and ensure timely referrals and intervention for better outcomes.
Visit the MLD Learning Zone and learn to recognise early signs often mistaken for common conditions, take action sooner, and help change the course of a child’s life.
Visit the Alpha-mannosidosis Learning Zone and learn how to recognise the early signs transforming outcomes with earlier, more accurate referral and patient care.
Our faculty is composed of international experts, clinicians, and researchers dedicated to transforming the way rare diseases are recognized and managed at the primary care level.
