Lorenzo Norsa

Dr. Lorenzo Norsa, MD, PhD, is a Consultant in Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition at ASST Papa Giovanni XXIII Hospital in Bergamo, Italy. He completed both his medical degree and PhD at the University of Milan.

Dr. Norsa has specialized training in pediatric gastroenterology and nutrition, with international clinical experience at Necker Children’s Hospital in Paris and Schneider Children’s Medical Center in Petach Tikva. His clinical and research work focuses on pediatric clinical nutrition, digestive endoscopy, including capsule endoscopy, and organ transplantation, with a particular emphasis on gastrointestinal and hepatology disorders in children.

He is currently part of the pediatric hepatology, gastroenterology, and transplantation unit in Bergamo, where he contributes to both patient care and research in complex pediatric digestive diseases.
